(Free-Press-Release.com) September 19, 2009 -- Sheffield-based businesswoman, Jackie Frith, has successfully turned her life around from one of its lowest points by changing her thought process and using positivity to achieve happiness and wealth. Not only that, she has now embarked on a new business venture with the aim of helping others do the same. Jackie, a travel adviser by trade, has launched Soul Journeys – a company dedicated to giving people the tools and inspiration to use spirituality and the law of attraction to bring them success and realise their dreams – and is due to host her first event in November.

Soul Journeys presents weekends and workshops throughout the UK that are designed to enhance the mind, body and soul. The first Soul Journeys event will be the Mind, Body Spirit Weekend. This will take place on 20-22nd November at the Orange Tree Relaxation Centre nestled in the breathtaking Yorkshire Dales landscape. This empowering weekend will embrace yoga, meditation, and holistic treatments including Reiki and Indian Head Massage. Jackie will also present a workshop, ‘Introducing the Power of the Mind’, designed to enlighten her audience on how to make their dreams reality.

Five years ago Jackie hit an all-time low point in her life; “At the time everything was going wrong. I’d written off my car and a relationship had ended. I didn’t really know where to turn and felt as though I’d actually hit rock bottom”. A friend of Jackie’s suggested she see a psychic, and whilst Jackie admits that at the time she found the whole concept of spirituality strange, she felt she had nothing to lose. The psychic explained that the bad experiences were being caused by Jackie’s own negative thoughts. This encounter marked the start of a complete change in Jackie’s life, and today she calls it her ‘Eureka moment’.

Since then Jackie has read extensively and has found the theory of Law of Attraction particularly fascinating, and the concept of thoughts becoming reality. Practising this theory effectively involves positive thinking and visualisation in order to manifest your hopes and dreams. Jackie says, “I’ve manifested a number of things in my life in just a short space of time, avoiding a speeding fine and acquiring a new laptop along the way. It's important to start small then use the ever-increasing confidence and knowledge to build up to the big wins.”

Through Soul Journeys Jackie’s aim is to help others to understand how they can make a real difference to their own lives. Jackie adds, “I’ve discovered my passion and purpose in life. I intend to dispel the common belief that things like spirituality and the power of the mind are ‘weird’, and that those involved are simply ‘eccentrics’! These things can play a major part in improving mental and physical health, general well-being and overall quality of life. They can also give real people hope and can help those that want to heal. I like to think of Soul Journeys as a means to all-round life improvement for everyday people.
