Goodfellow Ashmore Commercial Realty Closes 30,000 Square Foot Lease in Bethel, CT

Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International (www.goodfellows.com) in Danbury announced that the firm has closed a 30,000 square foot, five-year leasing contract in Bethel, Connecticut. The firm’s president and owner, Todd Payne, SIOR, and Joseph Wrinn, SIOR, vice president, stated that New England Home Delivery will occupy the warehouse space at 6B-6C Research Drive in the Berkshire Corporate Park in Bethel for five years. Payne remarked, “Berkshire Corporate Park is the ideal location for New England Home Delivery because of its’ convenient access to Interstate 84, Route 7 and to Route 6.”

Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC’s Payne and Wrinn represented the landlord, Berkshire Corporate Park; Jeff Ryer, SIOR, president of Ryer Associates, and Alan Bolduc, SIOR, of Commercial Acquisition Services, LLC, represented the tenant, New England Home Delivery, Inc.

Berkshire Corporate Park, owned and operated by the Steiner family for over four decades, was designed in the Swiss tradition of smart building through land preservation.
