Gourmet cupcakes now available in Mandeville, Louisiana at KC’s Babycakes

However KC’s Babycakes is the very first gourmet cupcake bakery to open in the town of Mandeville, Louisiana. KC’s Babycakes is a peanut free facility and is providing cupcakes and smiles to the entire Northshore community including Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville and Slidell.

KC’s Babycakes offers “gourmet cupcakes” which means that they are baked fresh daily from scratch with only top quality ingredients such as sweet creamy butter and Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla. The cupcakes come in a variety of yummy flavors such as “Vanilla Vanilla,” “Red Velvet,” “S’mores” as well as their most popular flavor “the KC Babycake.” These flavors are available daily in the store.

In addition to their regular flavors, KC’s Babycakes offers a different flavor each day of the week as well as special creations for customers with dietary needs such as vegan and gluten free cupcakes. They also offer cupcakes for special occasions such as birthday parties, office parties, weddings and sporting events. During Mardi Gras KC’s will be offering unique, pecan filled King Cake cupcakes as well as other special creations like New Orleans Saints cupcakes and LSU Tigers cupcakes.

KC’s offers cupcakes for sale on individual cakes as well as larger quantities such as a dozen or more. Customers are advised to pre-order their cupcakes to ensure they have the proper quantity of the desired flavor available when they are needed.

Owner KC Dinhofer has many years of experience in the restaurant and food services industry and recently moved to the New Orleans area from New York.
