GOVERNMENT FUNDING ENSURES TOP STAFF PERFORMANCE FOR WEST MIDLANDS DEBT RECOVERY FIRM

Bromsgrove based firm, Commercial Credit Services Group, invest in retaining their staff by putting them through qualification achieving courses such as NVQ level 2 and 3.

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 1, 2010 -- At the end of the course, the individual will also receive a cash amount of at least £100 depending on the time taken tsyo complete the course.

With jobs available becoming scarcer and businesses facing fiercer competition, the importance of staff performing to the best of their ability is fundamentally important to providing a high level of service whilst tackling the criticisms typical within the debt recovery sector.

These courses cover a wide range of subjects to assist them in their careers with the firm and are also a valuable asset to the individual’s CV, ability to carry out their job description and provides a feeling of value from the company assisting in morale and performance improvement.

Since ‘CCSG’ introduced training in NVQ’s for their staff, over 50 employees have successfully achieved in passing the relevant qualification, with a further 28 employees due to complete within the next 3-6 months. This is in addition to the compulsory standard training each employee receives.

Course titles include:-

Contact Centre Level 2
NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading
Business Administration Level 2
Management Level 3
Information Technology Level 2 and 3

The costs of carrying out these courses range from £500 to £1200 and are managed by an external training company, JGP Training. CCSG Currently receives funding for the course fees from a Government scheme but cash incentives are funded by the company themselves.

CCSG’s NVQ Assessor, Rachel James, adds “I am in charge for overseeing the qualifications. External assessors visit the offices every 2 weeks to complete their assessments with the candidates. I personally feel that this is an extremely strong offering that the company has to offer its staff and shows how proactive we are in looking after them, whilst also providing our customers with the best possible service”.
