Chef Graeme Pullen brings to the resort a significant breadth and depth of culinary experience. Most recently he served as executive chef/production manager at an in-flight catering facility. There he led a team of 156 staff in the preparation of a wide range of cuisines in both eastern and western traditions. He has also served as executive chef at Aggie Grey's Lagoon Beach Resort & Spa in Western Samoa, where he was responsible for five dining venues and 60 staff, both local and Fijian, and worked in food sales at the Singapore Market and The Cellar Door.

Chef Pullen’s front-of-house and management experience are well-suited to Viceroy Bali’s intimate yet bespoke ambiance, as the resort provides a true 360-degree luxury experience to its guests. His postings include serving as an assistant restaurant manager on the Queen Elizabeth II, a manager at a contract catering company, and an operations enhancement expert at Singapore Airlines, where his duties included supervising multiple kitchens preparing a wide range of ethnic cuisines and developing menus with an expert team. Mr. Pullen holds an MBA from Victoria, University of Wellington.
