Grand Opening - New Skating School opens March 1st in Houston Texas - Welcome Sharpstown School of Skating

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 18, 2010 -- Our School is located in Central South Houston in the beautiful Sharpstown area. Just off Hwy 59 and Hillcroft.

Our group classes begin with the basic skills for figure, hockey or recreational skating and progress through freestyle
teaching jumps, spins and moves in the field. Classes are open to anyone ages 3 through adults and taught by our staff of
professional skating instructors. Through evaluations and testing, skaters progress through levels in a structure that is
rewarding and fun!

Classes offered but not limited to:

Mon. 5:45-6:45 pm and/or
Wed. 5:45-6:45 pm and/or
Sat. 9:45-10:45 am and/or
Sun. 12:45-1:45 pm
*Minimum participation numbers are required for all Skating School classes.*

Lessons include a 60 min. group class(es) 1-2 times weekly, testing, evaluations, rewards, badges and skate rental.

JCC members receive the above plus all the amenities at the Jewish Community Center of Houston. *with JCC membership not included nor required to join skate school.

Our skaters enroll in US Figure Skating Membership which includes membership card, record book with stickers, member

patch, sports accident insurance and other incentives. Competitions and Ice Shows are offered each year by our club.

• USFS Learn to Skate Group Classes,
• Adult Classes—Theater on Ice
• Hockey (Beginner) and Power Classes,
• Competitive Figure Skating,
• Private Lessons
