The grand opening ceremony will be held in the Copperstone Village I Clubhouse on Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Copperstone Village I Family Apartments is located within the College Square Marketplace, a Citadel Equities Group, LLC master plan mixed use community. Made up of five California Mission style buildings this community offers 102, one, two and three bedroom affordable housing apartment homes ideal for singles, families and seniors. The rents range from $624 to $1057, with income qualifications.

USA Properties Fund, Inc. was able to deliver a new affordable family rental home community offering rental options to residents with low and very low incomes. Brown states that “the need and desire for affordable housing in this area is clearly demonstrated by the overwhelming response at lease-up with 82% of the units pre-leased before Copperstone I was open for occupancy”.

USA worked extensively with Councilwoman Bonnie Pannell on the design and aesthetics of the project. Exterior elevations, color palette, site planning and security were developed in a collaborative effort, including a tour of Sacramento to assure that College Marketplace continued to contribute the highest and best architectural standards to the local community.

For convenience, Copperstone Village offers washer/dryer hookups and kitchen pantries and private patios or balconies. The apartments contain energy efficient appliances and dual paned windows. The community clubhouse offers an activity area, resource center/computer lab, laundry facilities, and on-site management.
