Granite Tower Capital Expands into Mexico Affordable Housing Development
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
La Jolla,

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 16, 2011 --
Granite Tower Capital (GTC) has expanded into Mexican affordable housing development due to current dislocations present within the market. The financial crisis of 2008 has shrunk the financing market yet the demand for affordable housing in Mexico continues to be very strong. Even now in 2011, almost 2012, there does not appear to be significant healing taking place and therein lies the opportunity, according to GTC.
GTC believes that due to the demand and supply dynamics that are currently in place, the uncertainty of local politics with Presidential elections soon taking place, and the upheaval in Europe- the moment is now to enter the market place and begin working with local developers.
Given GTC’s financing capability, with its international lending relationships, significant benefits can be provided to local developers with stalled projects in the pipeline, Mexican workers with housing needs, and government agencies with mandates to increase housing availability in the country.
