Kalama, WA - GrantVine was premeditated, built and launched in late 2009 with the pure aim to offer an online record of thousands of grants and assistance programs for individuals and businesses. They have a database which stores online records maintained in one easy to navigate location. Colby Shipley of GrantVine believes in working passionately and has worked to assist other small business owners to start a business or provide opportunities such as women and minority business grants through her online database. Because of this passion to help individuals, small businesses and organizations, GrantVine is thrilled to announce their Quarterly Grant Winner, Erik’s Ranch & Retreats. Erik’s Ranch & Retreats is an outstanding organization which provides safe and incomparable living, working, social and recreational environments for young adults who suffer from autism. They believe in the guiding principle of lifelong learning, individual community building, and bidirectional integration through volunteerism.
GrantVine‘s Current $250 Grant Winner Erik’s Ranch & Retreats was donated two properties which will be revamped once enough funds are collected. The residents of Minnesota will have the privilege of experiencing the beauty, culture, and richness of the state known as the Land of 10,000 lakes. About forty eight residences will be built in Montana’s beautiful Paradise Valley near Bozeman and Yellowstone National Park.
GrantVine generally gives away various awards on a quarterly basis. There were several entries and most of them were very impressive but the CEO of Erik’s Ranch & Retreats actually stole the show. The reason she cited, and which impressed Grantvine, was that her organization needed financial assistance for sponsoring a riding program for individuals who require special attention. Therapeutic riding is exclusively planned horseback riding lessons that are meant for people with different types of disabilities. This program is designed for the age range from 6 to 35, and classes are conducted twice a week for nine weeks. GrantVine is in total agreement with the positive impact of therapeutic riding on individuals. Erik’s Ranch & Retreats has witnessed overwhelming results, and parents of special needs children are extremely pleased with that. Grantvine’s main intention is to help a maximum amount of people; with this grant awarded to Erik’s Ranch & Retreat they have advocated a great cause.
It is because of GrantVine’s endeavor to assist as many people as possible that they developed a comprehensive database of searchable grant categories such as college scholarships & grants, home repair grants, scholarships for minorities, home improvement grants, grants for first time home buyers and more. Their goal is to simplify the grant and assistance seeking process for individuals by providing individuals the maximum amount of aid to choose from in one easy to use location.
