In my mind, Soken Ishida who was the father of Ryuken Ishida and the grandfather of Uryu Ishida is the most respected person.

Why? As we know, when people died, some of them go to the Soul Society. The souls lived in the Soul Society likes they were in the human world. When the souls died in the Soul Society, they come back to the human world again. Some people when they died their souls don’t want to go to the Soul Society; they miss something such as their families in the human world, or hate someone in the human world. When the loneliness eats the reason of souls, they will become Hollows, and Hollows eat people’s souls whatever they are alive or dead. That was why Shinigami and Quincy kill Hollows.
To the Soul Society, this balance is very important. But the clan of Quincy killed all the Hollows, so the Hollows didn’t have a chance to live in the Soul Society. The balance between the Soul Society and the human world was broken.  
Just think about the hatred for some people killed your whole clan, how much we should hate them. But he put it down. How did he do that? Not just because he was the last Quincy, but he really put it down. I can’t understand this. 

I can only say that Soken Ishida is a really wonderful and great man. Kisuke Urahara is the coolest guy in Bleach. Bleach Costumes of Kisuke Urahara are my favorite.
The love between Kisuke Urahara and Yoruichi Shihouin also makes us admire. I think we can’t understand the friendship of these two people. They grow up with each other. They trained with each other. Kisuke Urahara is a genius, and has great ability. He invented most of the invention which had appeared in Bleach. He can bankai in three days. Yoruichi Shihouin also has great ability. She could all she had for Kisuke Urahara. What happened to Kisuke Urahara and Yoruichi Shihouin in the last 110 years when they left the Soul Society?

Bleach was beginning with the appearance of Kisuke Urahara. And I think it will be end with Kisuke Urahara. He is the main line of Bleach. Bleach Costumes of Yoruichi Shihouin are also my favorite.
