Great North Property Management Appoints Gargiulo, Senior VP and Director of Corporate Operations

Lou Gargiulo, President & CEO of Great North Property Management, Inc., of Exeter, New Hampshire announced today the appointment of Justin J. Gargiulo, CPM as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Operations. In his new role, Mr. Gargiulo will oversee all Great North Property Management operations in both the field and in the corporate office in Exeter, New Hampshire, as well as the regional offices in Peabody, MA; Boston, MA; Nashua, NH; Bretton Woods, NH; and Lebanon, NH. Justin will continue to focus on streamlining Great North Property Management’s internal operations, with the goal of allowing the property management team to provide the highest level of quality service in the industry. In this role, Mr. Gargiulo will monitor the establishment of all new programs and oversee the recruitment and training of all field management and headquarter executives.

Justin joined Great North Property Management in 1999 as a property manager. In the last twelve years, he established a successful track record with a multitude of Great North clients and associates while he managed one of the company’s largest portfolios. Justin also effectively managed the Peabody, MA operation for over six years before moving to the corporate headquarters in early 2009. He was instrumental in developing the business on the Massachusetts north shore and in Boston. In the past two and one half years Justin held the position of Vice President and Director of Field Operations. In that position he provided leadership to the entire organization, while further developing the size of the Great North portfolio by more than thirty percent. Justin also led a major corporate modernization and investment program in the areas information technology and customer service systems. His efforts have elevated corporate systems with cutting edge technology to state of the art levels. Under his leadership the company became the only New Hampshire based (IREM) Accredited Management Organization (AMO) and one of only 530 elite firms worldwide.


Mr. Gargiulo earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics (W.S.B.E) at the University of New Hampshire. In 2003 Justin obtained the highest level of real estate management certification CPM® (Certified Property Manager) this most sought after designation for managers is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is recognized internationally as the platinum standard of certification in the property management industry.
