Great North Property Management Appoints Geren VP and Director of Human Resources & Field Operations

In a prepared statement Lou Gargiulo, President & CEO of Great North Property Management, Inc. headquartered in Exeter, New Hampshire announced today the appointment of Julie Geren, as Vice President of Human Resources and Field Operations. Ms. Geren joined Great North in 2010 as the Director of Human Resources, where she has been responsible for the design, deployment, and operations for all human resources activities within the organization. In her new role, Ms. Geren will continue to be oversee the company’s human resource strategy as well as the day-to-day operations for the property management team.

Ms. Geren has a diverse background having worked for several start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in her 27-year career. Ms. Geren brings significant human resource and operational experience to Great North. Ms. Geren holds a duel Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State University in Psychology and Sociology. In her new role Ms. Geren will report to Justin Gargiulo Senior VP and Director of Corporate Operations.
