November 20, 2009

LEEDLinc.com has evolved into two discrete websites to better serve the LEED® and Green-building market. The new websites are eCaerus at www.ecaerus.com and LearnGreen at www.lrngrn.com.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) November 20, 2009 -- An increased need for green building and corporate sustainability consultation as well as Green educational opportunities has initiated the transition of LEEDLinc to eCaerus and LearnGreen.

eCaerus consists of a group of LEED and Green-building professionals who provide consultation, planning and project management services to Green-building and LEED certification projects across the US. eCaerus provides consultation to building design teams as well as building owners and developers.

eCaerus LEED AP consultants, who are pulled from a wide range of disciplines, can assist with any specific credit strategy or handle the entire LEED process. Going beyond LEED services, eCaerus works with companies to develop and implement corporate sustainability programs along with consults on other green-building issues including solar energy projects, responsible construction management and fund-raising strategies for green-building efforts.

“We are extremely excited about this transition that combines eCaerus’s resources with corporate entities forming greener and more sustainable business practices worldwide. Also, the addition of LearnGreen, acts as a bridge connecting future LEED and green building professionals with educational resources that facilitate their preparation for the certification exams,” says Brian Sutton, eCaerus Vice President of Operations and LEED AP.

LearnGreen focuses specifically on the needs of green-building professionals and aspiring professionals by offering a wide range of learning resources. These resources are designed to address the continuing education and exam-prep needs of those looking to become LEED Green Associates or gain advanced LEED AP accreditation.

Resources offered include bundled or stand alone online materials including study guides, audio and video materials, flash cards, practice exams, etc. This range of resources addresses a variety of learning styles and preferences from the bookworm to those who prefer studying on the run (ie listening to an iPod at the gym or during their commute). LearnGreen also offers seminars – both open and private/custom. Seminars are currently scheduled in over 20 cities. The upcoming seminar schedule is available online at www.lrngrn.com. LearnGreen addresses other green-building learning needs including corporate sustainability, various Building Performance Institute programs (coming soon), Solar Energy (coming soon) and the larger interests of those considering or pursuing a green career.

“We are working with some of the finest corporations and design teams across the county to raise sustainability conscientiousness and build healthier buildings” says Sutton. “This allows us to expand our green learning offering so individuals can ‘learn the way they like to learn’ - online study material & training, live seminars and workshops or audio / video & books.”
