The timber investment opportunity is based in Germany, and involves the unique Paulownia tree. Until recently, Paulownia could only thrive in warmer climates, but intensive research over the last few years has resulted in the development of a clones that can also thrive in the European climate.

Paulownia is a hardwood timber that has long been used in the making of moldings, cabinets, veneers, furniture and musical instruments.
