Gregorian in Opatija, Croatia

Unique German choir, the Gregorian, conducted by Frank Peterson, will hold a spectacular Christmas concert on 23rd December at the Crystal Hall of the Hotel Kvarner, beginning at 8 p.m. The ten-member choir, whose repertoire ranges from pop hits to Christmas carols, will take the audience on a journey through the beauties of the mystical sacral sounds of the Gregorian chants. The Opatija concert is only a part of the Christmas tour dubbed "Christmas Tour 2011 - Die Große Weihnachtstournee 2011", starting with the concert in Hamburg on 26th November, and ending precisely under the crystal chandeliers of the Hotel Kvarner.
The uniqueness of this choir, has been recognized by many renowned film producers; and therefore it has to be pointed out that the Gregorian singles have been used in many blockbuster movies, such as Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Star Wars.
