Muscle Pump: while using dumbbells, barbells, and bands for resistance the class creates a dynamic workout, using Super sets, Compound sets, circuits, partner moves, and more!

Boot Camp: incorporates standing and traveling drills, Speed/Quickness/Agility, body weight versus gravity, and resistance equipment like medicine balls, dumbbells, and barbells.

Great Balls of Fire: a class focused on a balanced and complete body workout using only balls! There are also short bouts of cardio mixed in to deliver the maximum benefits of exercising indoors. This class is recommended for all levels of fitness.

Functional Fitness: This class is aligns the body in to the most efficient and functional position with stretching and exercise. When the skeletal system is loaded correctly, it greatly reduces the risk of injury, alleviates chronic pain, and makes a durable body. Most exercises will be in a well-supported position but will also incorporate medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and free weights.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: this active form of yoga utilizes the breath to facilitate strength and power in a variety of different asanas (poses). All skill levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga: This is a gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga that uses props to support the body to deepen the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation (90 minutes).

Class Times:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am, 11am & 6pm

Friday: 7:30am & 11am

Saturday: 8:30am, 10am and 11am
