Eric Johnson is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. During his military service in the U.S. Air Force, Eric was stationed in Italy. He had a long career as a computer network engineer working on government and military contracts. Eric is an excellent project manager and will bring these skills
to the management of the OMV resort.

Bill Horten is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. For many years he worked at the Georgetown University Library in Washington. In California, Bill was the corporate event manager for an information provider to the collision repair industry. Bill will use his public relations and marketing talents to spearhead the
marketing of OMV to the tourism industry.

Eric and Bill are accompanied by their three-year-old Irish Setter,
"Tomkin" who just traveled by jet for the first time to his new home in Costa Rica. Tomkin is quickly learning about all the new jungle animals in his life and is turning Tico heads wherever he goes!

Eric and Bill joined the core team at Osa Mountain Village as the

Guest Services managers back in September. They have developed an incredible marketing plan for the Osa Mountain Village Resort, presenting it as the premier eco-resort of the Osa Primary Forest with a wide range of adventure activities and tours, both on and off the property.

They are designing a website to attract eco-adventure enthusiasts and other vacation visitors in Costa Rica to stay at our resort. They are creating a full-scale reservation website, highlighting information about the resort facilities, villa accommodations, sustainable tourism, adventure tours, the OMV restaurant and bar
and other services and area attractions.

One of Bill and Eric’s first efforts after arriving was to help outfit the new villas with furniture and furnishings that will make each of them an attractive and comfortable jungle retreat for all of the fractional owners and resort guests. They are also now managing the reservations and schedule of the fractional share usage, hire staff to clean and maintain villas, operate the front desk service to greet and check-in visitors, order supplies, track the inventory of furniture and furnishings and coordinate with the OMV food and beverage service and landscapers.

They already have received reservations and the first guests will be checking in around January 8th, 2011.
