Gymfinity’s J Orkowski attended the Business Brain Trust Conference (BBTC ) in Las Vegas

Fitchburg, Wisconsin, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) July 4, 2011 -- Recently Gymfinity Children’s Activity Center owner J Orkowski attended the Business Brain Trust Conference in Las Vegas. The event caters to business owners, directors and managers of children’s entertainment and activity center businesses across the US, Canada and Mexico. Orkowski who not only owns and operates Gymfinity in Madison Wisconsin but acts as a business consultant in the field was brought in to present to the attendees.

The event occurred in May and was hosted at the Luxor Hotel. Professionals from 3 countries attended lectures and personal consulting sessions over the course of 4 days.

“This is the first time I have had the opportunity to present at the BBTC” said Orkowski, “It was a wonderful experience and not only did I get a chance to present but I had the benefit of learning from other consultants and professionals in our arena.” The overall goal of the Business Brain Trust Conference, hosted by 3rd Level Consulting (http://3rdlevelconsulting.com) is to bring together great minds in the industry and share ideas to develop best practices. Consultants are brought in to lead discussions and hold one on one sessions with owners and attendees to help them resolve the issues they have in their businesses. Orkowski, long known for his work in People Systems and Human Resources presented 4 lectures on topics: Professionalism in the Office, Developing good HR practices in new gyms, Hiring, Training and retaining good staff, and Training Coaches to represent your business. “Reviews were great for J.” said Nancy Kludt, Conference organizer, “We knew he was one of a new generation of brilliant business people when we first met him. Next year’s BBTC is in a location as yet to be determined but Gymfinity’s J Orkowski is certain he would return, “It’s not the presentations that have such value, it’s the sharing of great ideas.”
