Gymfinity’s J Orkowski Speaks at Business Seminar

Fitchburg, Wisconsin, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) December 26, 2011 -- J Orkowski of Gymfinity Gymnastics was a guest speaker at the “Making the Grade” business seminar held in St. Louis Missouri November 10th through the 13th. This was the second year that J Orkowski spoke on the topics of staff development, mentoring and employee evaluation.
The seminar “Making the Grade” was hosted by 3rd Level Consulting, an international consulting firm for Swim, Gymnastics, Dance, Martial Arts, Art, Music, and Fitness programs for children.

The reason that J Orkowski is invited and participates in speaking engagements is that Gymfinity has been recognized as exceeding the benchmark standard in the Children’s Activity Center industry, specifically as it relates to staff training and development.

Orkowski has also appeared at seminars for CAC businesses in Las Vegas (2011, 2010, 2009) and Boise Idaho (2011).He also acts as a business consultant in the areas of Management, Facility Design and Maintenance, Risk Management, Human Resources and Inspiration. J Orkowski says “For years I followed every successful coach and soaked up every bit of knowledge they were willing to share. As a business owner I have done the same thing and now I feel its time I give back. I really enjoy working with new and veteran gym owners and helping them make their businesses more efficient and profitable.”
