Hagen Recognized by Florida Bar

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) September 1, 2011 -- Attorney Max M. Hagen was recognized and honored by the Florida Bar for 50 years of service to the community. The Florida Bar surprised Max with the certificate which is proudly displayed in the law offices of Hagen & Hagen, P.A. Max's career began in Miami and he has been practicing law continuously since being admitted to the Florida Bar on November 6, 1961. In 1994, he amended the corporate status of Max M. Hagen, P.A. when his son, Kevin L. Hagen, joined the family practice.

Max has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Bankruptcy Court, Florida Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court. More recently, he was admitted to the Tennessee Bar on February 10, 1999. He attended the University of Florida from 1953 through 1956 and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. Thereafter, he attended and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1961 where he served as President of the law school and was a member of Iron Arrow and Wig and Robe, which is the highest honorary organization at the University of Miami. He also served as President of the University of Miami Law Alumni Association.

For more than 50 years, Max has helped clients in South Florida with all of their legal needs including real estate transactional and litigation matters as well as business and corporate law. Recently, Max was also honored by the South Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association for his work in the bankruptcy field.

In light of this honor, Max's wife, Barbara Hagen, hopes to celebrate with their many family, friends and clients. However, considering the number of guests that would attend, she has been unable to book the event at the local convention center. In his simple, yet eloquent response, Max shared that he "celebrates everyday that he is able to go to the office and help all of those seeking and needing assistance." The clients share similar feelings echoed in the thousands that no client could find a more competent, hard working, and honest attorney.
