Manhattan, New York, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 23, 2011 -- Thomas Rundquist, M.A. Counseling has been able to see and communicate with spirits since a child. He has written several autobiographical articles and research books including his experiences on a Sunnyland Tour Co FAM trip for travel companies to Russia in 1993. This was two months before Yeltsin was faced with the Russian Communists that had staged an uprising. Note: that this uprising had little support with only a few hundred Russians demonstrating in Red Square. Most of the Moscow citizens and the Red Army had decided to back Yeltsin's capitalism movement.

The Russian Govt Tour Guides for this Russian tourism agency's promotion FAM told Tom, his brother Dave and a couple on the trip that this particular Czar often appeared to selected people in the Kremlin to invite them to his living quarters for discussions. The couple had seen his spirit and did go to his apartment for talks. However, Tom and his brother went to the Czar's private church where the spirit talked to Tom and stated he had a tomb similar to the one he had his hand on.
The Czar as well as other historical spirits looked like normal people, but only a few on the FAM trip could see and talk with them.

At historical sites Tom often talked with the resident spirit that were eiither royality or Russian saints at their museums (churches or other other historical buildings). The trip was in Old Russian on the Volga River to Kazan and back to Moscow. In all cases the spirits looked like normal people, except most of the tourists could not see them. Often Tom would start talking with them and a guide would ask him who he was talking with? Tom would like for the spirit and he would be gone.

The Red Army 1st Lt was in command of the SS Lenin Riverboat that transported the hundreds of travel agents and executives were witnesses to these events. Likely Sunnyland Tours and the Russian Govt have evidence of these events.

The main issue was why should the Russians try capitalism when Tom had so many personal difficulties with the US government including forced eugenics done on him at 19 years old. Then he was forced to be a draftee or join the military after such ill treatment.

Tom completed the 2yr Senior Army ROTC with a 2nd Lt (Infantry) also with his Masters in Counseling May 10, 1969. Plus over the years he had considerable ill treatment by his hometown people. What was there about the USA that made him stay a citizen and struggle all of his life in such a country?

The spirits knew of his difficulties and were very surprised that he had not left the USA and go to another country. In Detroit he risked his life many times counseling criminals that were mostly addicts for Wayne County NARA/DAPS and Wayne County Sheriff's Dept in the Jail. He had several attempts on his life just trying to help these unfortuate people to change their lives.

Now there were also US military personnel on the trip as well and they had discussions with Russian Govt officials about their country and politics to convince them to support Yeltsin. The Czars could also talk withsome of their Red Army support troops and might have decided that capitalism should be given a chance.to the Red Army. And Yeltsin had also attempted to get the support of Brigade units for his economic plan.

The last Czar and Tom with Dave had a discussion about his famous butterfly collection at his residence near Kazan. The Czar in an ancient army uniform asked Tom what he thought of his collection? Tom said that he was too bad all these butterflies had to give their lives for the collection. He left and an NCO asked Tom who he was talking with and Tom told him what the Czar looked like. The Czar came back and asked the Rundquist brothers to follow him to his private quarters. The Czar knew of Tom's difficulties in the US including his eugenics surgery and needed to know why he served his country when he had been so ill treated?

After leaving the Czar's apartment the NCO asked the guides about just who they were? Note that the Runquist name is derived from the Runes, an ancient script used by Viking Catholic Priests on their journeys. And also the Czar have been thought to be decendents of the Vikings.
