HB Awarded System Design Integrator of the Year by CI Magazine

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 27, 2011 -- HB Communications, Inc. is proud to announce that HB was awarded System Design Integrator of the Year by Commercial Integrator magazine. The award was announced in the December 2011 issue of the magazine.

Organizations awarded did not apply for awards, but rather were selected as recipients based on conversations with integrators, manufacturers, clients, as well as data gathered by the Commercial Integrator team. HB Communications was one of seven companies to receive awards from the magazine, but the only company designated as System Design Integrator of the Year.

Commercial Integrator credits HB as being one of a few firms that can boast the breadth of experience and success in various vertical markets as HB can. CI magazine featured the CBS Scene project at Patriot Place in Foxborough, MA where HB installed unique displays and interactive exhibits. The project involved a very intricate system that requires a large knowledge base to know how the pieces work together. HB is still involved in servicing and maintaining the systems years after the project.

In addition to discussing the large-scale public install, a differentiator for HB, the announcement discusses the history of HB and willingness to follow changes in the marketplace.
