Honoring National Yoga Month & Benefitting the Children effected by 9/11

Not only is September National Yoga Month but it’s also the month when our country was changed forever. In an effort to raise awareness about the healing properties of yoga in addition to helping children affected by September 11th, CGI is proud to host the Heal Yourself, Heal the World Event.

Join us for a day of yoga across a multitude of disciplines such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Energy Yoga followed by a closing vibration/meditation class. All participants are welcome to attend as many or as few classes as they would like.
On September 11, 2010, CGI will host four different yoga styles with classes every hour from 1pm until 5pm, with the meditation class beginning at 5pm.

1pm – 2pm --- Ashtanga – Asana House – Montclair, NJ
2pm – 3pm --- Energy Yoga – Nicholas – CGI
3pm – 4pm---Hatha - Sukha Arts – Harrington Park, NJ
4pm – 5pm --- Vinyasa – Juluku Yoga – Hillsdale, NJ
5pm – 6pm ----Meditation – Michelle – CGI

The classes are FREE and are open to the public but donations are suggested; with 100% of the proceeds going to the Tuesday’s Children charity.

All attendees will be given a FREE FULL FACILITY DAY PASS to enjoy our luxurious facility at their leisure.
