Health Care System Takes Advantage of Senior With Cancer

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 7, 2010 -- We all know there are some good and honest people in the health care system but there are others; like doctors and administrators who are only looking to make a profit.

My mom was having trouble breathing, and at the same time we found out that she had throat cancer as well. My mom has never been in the hospital before all of this happened. A few months before; my parents were notified that there insurance company was being changed.

So during my mom's emergency visit to one hospital, they knew that her insurance carrier was changing; they decided to do a procedure on her that later on we found out was not even a procedure they normally do anymore. They left a Hole in my mom's throat that was Not Necessary. Because when they removed the cancer, which was causing her difficulty in breathing, she would have been able to breathe normally.

They knew this! The doctors and this particular hospital just wanted to make money off of this UnNecassary Procedure. Because when we went to the new doctor and new insurance provider they told us; this was not Necessary.

We want everyone to be aware of practices like this going on. We dont want anyone else to suffer because some hospital wanted to make a profit. This has got to Stop Now! I am sure it is still happening right now and to some other family. We are furious at this situation! And would like to pursue this matter further legally. It's a shame that this type of thing is happening. But I see why people sue hospitals and doctors now. Be Aware and Be Safe, To your Good Health.
