Health Expo Debuts In Marlboro April 30

Framingham, Massachusetts, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) April 12, 2011 -- The first Be Healthy! Expo is coming to the Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough, MA on April 30, 2011. The show is produced by Mass Publishing Co., Inc., longtime publisher of The Homesteader, and Kagan Media Net, publisher of iPhone Apps, placemats and books on healthful living, and in cooperation with Simon Malls, operator of several malls in the Greater Boston area. The Solomon Pond Mall receives over nine million visitors per year.

Be Healthy! Expo will deliver free interactive demonstrations including blood pressure screenings, nutritional counseling, body composition analysis, and flexibility/range of motion testing. There will also be a Zumba class, a Fit-Traxx Group Training Demo, Tennis games/demos for all ages, and a “boot camp” class. Adults and children are encouraged to wear shorts and tee shirt to participate. These activities are sponsored by the Shrewsbury Health & Racquet Club. There will also be a lecture by Mr. Kagan at 1pm and again at 3pm.
 
In addition, there will be up to 25 booths with health and fitness experts, product demonstrations, chair massages, and savings on both products and services related to health, including fitness, natural health, conventional medicine, dentistry, horticulture, insurance and many others. Hours for the show will be 11am-4pm, and the location will be on the first floor, under the food court.
