Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Only one health care attorney in Los Angels is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

Jeremy Miller represents medical groups, hospitals, managed care organizations, surgery centers, DME suppliers, labs and other providers on organizational, operational and regulatory matters, managed care contracting, third party reimbursement, hospital-physician contracting and alignment, fraud and abuse, "Stark" and other federal and state compliance issues. He is also involved with Medicare and Medicaid audits and medical group and facility acquisitions and mergers.

Miller works with clients on strategies for adapting to health reform and the rapidly changing healthcare delivery and payment system. To date, he has authored ten articles and client bulletins and made eleven presentations on the new health reform law. Additionally, he has published more than 60 articles and made more than 150 presentations to local, state and national healthcare industry organizations.

Miller has been recognized every year from 2006 - 2012 as a "Super Lawyer" by Los Angeles Magazine and has been selected for inclusion in the 2009- 2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in America.
