Heavenly Productions Foundation Donates Backpacks, School Supplies & Library Books For Students at Yonkers Public School #23

Heavenly Productions Foundation, a certified 501c-3 not for profit is based in Armonk, New York collected backpacks and donations to purchase backpacks, school supplies for Yonkers Public School #23.

Heavenly Productions Foundation, a certified 501c-3 not for profit charitable organization based in Armonk, New York collected backpacks and donations to purchase backpacks, school supplies, hand sanitizers and hand cleansing wipes for Yonkers Public School #23 in Yonkers, New York. The Foundation also collected new books to enhance the school's library collection. Dr. Kathy Reilly Fallon, Founder and Chairwoman of the Foundation expressed an interest in helping out Yonkers Public Schools in February, 2011 when she met Mayor Phil Amicone at a charitable function. The Mayor's office put her in touch with Bernard Pierorazio, the Superintendent of Yonkers Public Schools and his office selected the Public School that would be the recipient of the Foundation's donations.
Dr. Kathy Reilly Fallon along with six youth volunteers, James Fallon of Armonk, New York, Kevin Enright of Harrison, New York, Tyler Cermele, Michael Cermele and John Nolletti of Pleasantville, New York collected backpacks and donations from friends, family members and businesses so that they could provide each student from Pre-Kindergarten to Eighth grade with a new backpack, 606 backpacks in total, to Yonkers Public School #23. The youth volunteers were honored and received awards from Dr. Kathy Reilly Fallon and Mr. Bernard Pierorazio at the Yonkers Public School's Superintendent's Office on September 2, 2011 for their hard work and volunteerism during the entire summer.
Dr. Kathy Reilly Fallon of Armonk, New York, Sheryl Nolletti of Pleasantville, NY, Dr. Laura Cannistracci Carthy of Armonk, New York and Patrick Enright of Harrison, New York all helped in organizing, packing and transporting all of the donations and delivered everything to Yonkers Public School #23 on September 9, 2011. They met with Principal Christine Montero, Maura Lamoreaux and several teachers as well as many of the students that attend the school. The staff and students of Yonkers Public School #23 were wonderful in showing their gratitude and appreciation that day. Heavenly Productions Foundation and the volunteers were happy to help these children in need.
