For many years timeshare resale scams plagued the secondary market leaving timeshare sellers wondering what can be done to effectively market and advertise their timeshares. According to Scott the majority of timeshare marketing firms merely add a listing to their company website, “While the listing company’s website may get substantial traffic the individual listings did not keep very detailed statistics or relevant data to modify marketing techniques. Without knowing this kind of information a company has little improve upon because they have no idea where to start.” Scott goes on to explain that the company is considering licensing out this software to competing firms as well.

“It won’t affect our proprietary marketing techniques because this a tracking software only. It only verifies if a particular campaign is working or not. If anything it will make competing firms work harder for the customer.”
