HH Fitness Boot Camps and Diaz Martial Arts Team Up for Halloween Charity Event benefiting CASA of Central Texas

New Braunfels, Texas, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) October 4, 2010 -- San Marcos, TX- October 1st, 2010 - San Marcos-based HH Fitness Boot Camps is gearing up for their second annual Halloween Charity Boot Camp. This year they will be teaming up with Diaz Martial Arts to make the event even bigger and better. Campers don Halloween costumes while performing pumpkin exercises and self-defense techniques. The event is open to the general public and has a minimum cost of $20 per attendee with all of the proceeds going to CASA of Central Texas.

This event creates an environment unlike any other fitness program in the San Marcos area. “Being consistent with your workouts is not easy,” says Heath Herrera, Owner HH Fitness Boot Camps. “We created this event to bring out the kid in all of our campers.” To create a fun and playful atmosphere for the participants, the workout is set to custom Halloween interval training music soundtracks powered by Workout Muse.

Music is an integral part of HH Fitness Boot Camps because all workouts are performed while listening to soundtracks that provide fat-melting interval training instructions and countdowns that tell campers exactly what to do. This allows the instructor to focus on coaching proper form and technique rather than looking at the clock. The workout will end with a family friendly after party at Diaz Martial Arts while people are still wearing their costumes.

Eddie Diaz, Owner of Diaz Martial Arts, in San Marcos enjoys teaching individuals the benefits of the martial arts and giving back to his community. Mr. Diaz said, “I couldn’t be more excited about working out with Pumpkins! This will be an event that all attendees will not soon forget. Plus, getting all of our members together at one time with costumes and pumpkins will surely be a blast!”

When asked if there were conflicting interests about working with other San Marcos Fitness businesses, Heath Herrera, Owner of HH Fitness Boot Camps, responded: “Mr. Diaz is a good friend of mine and we’re in this together to help as many people as possible. We offer training in non-competitive fitness areas and our goal was to raise lots of money for CASA of Central Texas. Teaming up gave us the best chance to do so!”

The Halloween Boot Camp Workout will be held on Friday, October 29th at 6:30 pm at Diaz Martial Arts. Attendees will be on location for the after party at Diaz Martial Arts immediately following the workout.
