In reflecting over the past 10 months with Trevor and HHO Tek , I am thankful that this is a really small company, albeit with a global presence. This just goes to show, that the bigger is better paradigm, is being eroded by entrepreneurial boutique companies who prefer to maintain their debt free status, beholden to no one, except their extremely loyal and satisfied customer base. As Trevor stated, one loyal satisfied customer is worth ten one time buyers. Here at HHO Tek we strive to develop a relationship with our customers which will go on for years. We do that, not with outlandish promises and multi-thousand dollar glitzy ad campaigns, but by our simple promise, if our products do not perform exactly as we say they do, you have a reasonable period of time to return them, no questions asked and get a full refund of your money. When this is backed up with customer service such as we deliver, the business growth is strong and steady. I give by example, our willingness to serve our customers needs at any time. Not just normal nine to five business hours. Myself, Trevor, or one of our distributors is always available to answer your questions. I routinely take calls 7 days a week to answer questions, provide information and according to many of our customers just provide a listening ear for problems which do not even have to do with our products or applications. My simplistic explanation for this is: “I don’t indulge in problems, only solutions.” One such customer reported to Trevor that I provided him with a simple straightforward solution for solving his bad tasting water problems. We don’t even sell anything having to do with water at this time. That is just one example, of many, where we serve our customer base in any way we can. We are introducing our distributors to this simple problem solution relationship so that they can develop their own networks and give the level of service that we demand. Because we do business in half a dozen countries around the world we are proving that personal relationships transcend the traditional concepts of business as done by impersonal multi-national corporations. We have thus far, been able to keep up with personal customer service, because we carefully choose and sell products which live up to their claims, or you get your money back. Frankly, we get very few problem calls in comparison to the customer base we have and are developing.

Now, for HHO Tek’s exciting new entries into the home energy saving market. The Solar Heat I which is a forced convection solar heating unit. A dwelling of 1000 square feet can have a complete air change in 1.5 hours and will maintain temperature in a 1000 square foot dwelling with only 15 minutes of sunlight per hour. The Solar Heat I is unlike your traditional Solar Heater it uses recycled materials and will pay for itself in only 6 years.

HHO Tek also has the ES 1200 which is a conditioning unit which lowers consumer electric bills by as much as 15% by storing the electricity that is usually wasted in a home. This product is one of a kind in that it is built right here in the US and is still half the cost of the Chinese counterparts. It’s a rare occasion where you get American quality for less than Chinese pricing.
