Ischia, September 2010 – From October 28 to November 2, 2010, the hotel L’Albergo della Regina Isabella in Ischia hosts two important International events. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a delightful and elegant gastronomic journey where traditional Neapolitan flavors meet the modern and contemporary recipes of the French chef Antoine Amalou. Chef Amalou is the creative heart and mind of “L’Atelier d’Antoine,” a renowned and trendy restaurant located a short distances from Lyon. Chef Amalou will cook for the gala dinner which is the main event at the L’Albergo della Regina Isabella, and characterizes the long weekend before closing for the winter season.

L’Albergo della Regina Isabella’s chefs, Luigi Castagna and Pasquale Palamaro will collaborate with this international chef and will delight in teaching their guests some of the creations that have made them famous.
