Jazze says, “The keys to success have been discipline and hard work. I understand what I have to do. I understand that I can't do the same things and expect a different result.”We go hard three days a week and on the days we're not together I get in at least forty five minutes of cardio. Jazze says, “That his life is far different then it was two months ago when he first started. I feel so much stronger and even more confident than I did before. I was always confident, but it gives you a feeling of satisfaction when you can conquer something that’s conquered you your whole life. I'm looking forward to the next 50lbs. Kenya Crook & EntertainCorp have partnered with Jazze Pha in a National Jazze Pha ‘s Weight Loss Challenge Campaign to help cure obesity one booty at a time, Hip Hop Style. Individuals will be able to participate in the weight loss challenge via the internet and live remote locations. The individual that looses the most weight in the region in four weeks will receive a new figure and $500.00 .Release date for this project is mid July 2010.The southern region will be up first to take the weight off. We are creating a Hip Hop grassroots weight loss movement.

Stacy Williams of Augusta, GA and Nadine Francis of Atlanta, GA have reaped the rewards of Jazze Pha's Weight loss challenge. "I had given up hope. I had no motivation.
