For over a decade, we have expanded our program offerings, both locally and globally, creating more opportunities for campers to experience the wonders of the ocean in amazing locations. With an expansive 2012 camp schedule that includes a new Whitewater to Whitewater Teen Adventure Camp and a Barbados Surf & SCUBA Camp, we are seeking a special individual to bring new talents and experiences to an already amazing team of camp professionals.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of the company’s flagship teen overnight, specialty, and travel programs. Applicants must be passionate about working in a summer camp environment, be extremely quality-oriented, organized, and self-driven, and possess a vast array of skills and experiences to bring to the organization. WB Surf Camp’s company culture is laid-back yet professional with a strong dedication to environmental education and conservation.
