Interested parties must be pre-qualified in order to participate in the bidding. The property and furnishings are being offered in a reserve auction conducted by RealEstateAuctions.com.

Laurent House is located at 4646 Spring Brook Road in Rockford, IL. The home was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright to accommodate the needs of its owner, Kenneth Laurent, a World War II veteran who has required the use of a wheelchair since shortly after his discharge from the U.S. Navy. The house is approximately 2,200 square feet on approximately 1.25 partly wooded acres. The building and its furnishings have been impeccably maintained over the years by the original owners. Laurent House and all its sumptuous details have been documented in dozens of books. Frank Lloyd Wright, who has been named the greatest American architect of all time by the American Institute of Architects, called Laurent House a “serene masterwork” and his “little gem.”
