HM2(SW/AW) DiBiasie Graduates CVT School,Naval School of Health Science San Diego, CA

HM2(SW/AW) Leia K DiBiasie of Saugus, MA graduated with honors from the United States Navy’s Cardio Vascular Tech program at the Naval School of Health Sciences, Balboa Hospital San Diego, CA

The course consisted of 5 months didactics or class room training and 8 months Clinical rotations.
DiBiasie is now a Nationally Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT)and Nationally Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

She received a letter of commendation in recognition of services for extraordinary performance and professionalism while assigned as a student. DiBiasie was selected as the recipient of the outstanding “Pacemaker” Award. Through her dedication to duty, attention to detail, and caring nature she set the pace of the highest level of achievement this class attained. She showed an unrelenting quest for knowledge thorough out the course of instruction, continually striving for new information and ways to improve her personal skills as well as those of her classmates.

DiBiasie is transferring to the US Naval Hospital, Guam where she will be stationed for 2 years.
