Julie Kushner received a B.A. in Journalism, with a concentration in Broadcast, from the Pennsylvania State University, summa cum laude. She graduated first in her major, with minors in both Psychology and Law and Liberal Arts. Julie is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

The self proclaimed “Starving Novelist” went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School. There, she received a merit scholarship and was selected and served as a Legal Research and Writing Fellow for two years.
