Holiday Art Blitz at Third Space (Dallas, Texas)
Nine locale artists will be displaying a variety of oil paintings and jewelry for sale at Third Space 1608 Main St., Dallas December 14th to the 21st, 2009. Monday-Sat from 10-7pm & Sun 12-5pm.

Nine locale artists will be displaying a variety of oil paintings, sculptures, and jewelry for sale at Third Space (http://www.thirdspaceevent.com) 1608 Main St., Dallas (adjacent to Neiman Marcus) (214) 741-1075 for one week for the holidays.
The exhibition will be open from December 14th to the 21st, 2009. Monday-Sat from 10-7pm and Sunday 12-5pm.
A closing reception will take place at Third Space on Sunday the 20th from 3 to 6 p.m.
About the Artists
Erica Reynolds received her BFA in painting from UTA and a MFA in printmaking from Pratt and recently started Haknyak, which supports non-profits through art. Her work was been exhibited in New York and other venues throughout the United States and is also featured in many prominent collections.
Ryan Vojir earned a MID from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in design from the Ohio State University. As a contemporary impressionist, he captures a wide variety of modern cityscapes and urban events in oil from cities across the U.S. and the World.
Marilyn Jolly earned her MFA in Painting at the University of Oklahoma and is an associate professor of painting at the UT Arlington. Her work has been exhibited in numerous regional, national, and international exhibitions including New York City, Paraguay, Mexico, and Italy.
Jessie Pollak has a BFA from Pratt Institute for fine art photography and an MA from UT Austin for photojournalism. Her photography is meant to feature visually compelling compositions.
Audry Rider received a BFA in photography and painting from UT at Arlington in 2003 and is an art teacher for Houston ISD. She paints polka dots works to represent fabric and the patterns of our lives.
Dung Vo is from Vietnam. He creates rich and unique embroidery art.
Tolli Thomson-Thomas received her BFA in Photography from the UT Arlington. Her photographic work explores the interactions of the connective qualities and destructive behaviors, which shape environmental, political and social issues.
Lynn Wilkes Armstrong is a Dallas native and graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. She received her BFA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981 with a concentration in ceramics and painting.
Susan Sitzes studied metal-smithing and jewelry design in college and now teaches these techniques at the UT Arlington. She creates sculptures made of metal, wood, and stone which seek to convey thoughtful contemplation for the viewer.
