Tourism to Poland is expected to rise in the coming years according to several indicators. The most important is that in 2012, Poland and Ukraine will host Euro 2012, the 14th European Football Championship, which is expected to generate a surge of visitors to both countries.

Comparing twelve European cities including Paris, Berlin, Rome and Athens, this respected consumer magazine wrote that Poland is generally one of the cheapest places to visit and that is delivered the best–priced top end hotels and restaurants.
