Tere is London born and educated but due to her Spanish heritage has lived and worked in Barcelona for several years. She has extensive experience within the holiday, travel and customer service industries and brings with her a wealth of knowledge for the business. She is also very well traveled and highly experienced with handling customers from many different cultures.

Tere will be managing the sales and reservations of all Holiday Velvets vacation apartments to maintain the smooth and professional service that the company provides for its customers and providers.
