Julia Beginina of Hearing Aid Central in Toronto, Ontario-recently reported that all aspects of the business are on the upward curve. One reason for this momentum could be the referrals that are coming from very satisfied customers.

Everyone deserves to have great hearing! Hearing Aid Central does its part by scheduling visits to retirement homes or to those who have difficulty leaving their home. Julia stated that her experience dealing with those afflicted with dementia and Alzheimer’s…gives customers a great deal of confidence in dealing with Hearing Aid Central. Hearing difficulty knows no bounds, from young to old and those dealing with other sensitive issues.

The clinic has advanced equipment, such as the video otocaope which allows a customer to see the inside of their ear, live on a computer screen. As well, an interactive display of different hearing aids is available. This gives customers the opportunity to not only see but touch a wide variety of hearing aids.

Equipment is one thing; however customer service still ranks very high. Julia Beginina found that many customers had similar issues. In visiting hearing aid clinics, said customers were not being advised that they had more than one option. Julia and the staff make sure that enough time is set aside to explain what all the steps are in making the correct choice when purchasing a hearing aid.

In an effort to continue to help others, Julia Beginina has decided that Hearing Aid
Central, will be starting a new program shortly. Customers will be encouraged to bring in unwanted old hearing aids and batteries. In turn, Julia will be forwarding the items to an association that will distribute them to people who have no options for purchasing a needed hearing aid.
