Currently, the site covers both residential and commercial loans.

For residential categories, it features: California Only Loans, Conforming Loans, Hard Money Loans, Jumbo Loans, Lot Loans, Stated Loans, Construction Loans, Less than perfect Credit Loans, and Home Equity Loans.

At the time of this writing, the site has approximately 37 lenders and their programs, and it hopes to include as many as 400 lenders over the next few years. Lenders who wish to be added to the directory can request through the site. The site currently features 26 commercial and 36 residential loan programs.
