Honest-1 Auto Care Revs Up the New Year with Nationwide Growth Plans

Honest-1 Auto Care today announced plans to develop 200 new locations over the next five years across the United States. Calling for new locations in key target markets including Dallas, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Fort Lauderdale and Nashville, the strategic development plan aims to attract entrepreneurially-minded individuals with strong management and sales experience with deep roots in their regions.

The growth strategy will significantly increase Honest-1 Auto Care’s operations throughout each region. Currently, there are 24 shops operating in 11 states. The company has 15 area representatives who oversee each of the franchisees within their specific region. Additionally, the executive team at Honest-1’s headquarters in Scottsdale has more than 70 years of combined automotive and franchise experience providing industry expertise and guidance to team members across the country.

Honest-1 Auto Care’s growth plan includes single-unit and multi-unit agreements as well as a recently re-designed Region Developer program. The new Region Developer opportunity encourages efforts to focus on franchise sales and development in their protected territory and there is no requirement for individual entrepreneurs to open shops themselves. Region Developers also provide new franchise owners with opening support, coaching and mentoring, site development, lease negotiation, effective marketing programs and sales support.

“The new Honest-1 Auto Care Region Developer program will allow us to expand the brand in ways that weren’t possible before,” said Baranowski. “It will also provide our franchisees with additional support moving forward.”

To enhance the deal, Honest-1 Auto Care is offering interested parties a lucrative incentive. Region Developers receive a share of the franchise fee when they sell a franchise and a share of the ongoing royalties paid by the franchise owners. In addition, new Region Developers that sign on will receive 50 percent financing on the franchisee fee.

“Gaining access to capital is often one of the greatest barriers in our industry,” added Baranowski. “We are providing our Region Developers with a way to overcome this obstacle and help them through the financing process.”
