Hotram Beach Resort opens Nautical Bar and Restaurant

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 21, 2010 -- Vung Tau- HOTRAM Beach Resort & Spa has opened its newest addition to the resort’s operations, the Nautical Bar and Restaurant.
The Nautical Bar and Restaurant is located near the beach which will provide Hotram’s guests easy access to comfort and relaxation after a swim in the beach or while watching sunset at the ocean.

Ho Tram is positioning itself for local expats and international tourists with its dramatic increase of occupancy. Hotram received referrals from guests and clients which only indicated that the resort is getting popular, thus there’s a need to improve more its services

As a reaction to the demand, the resort redesigned its Beach Bar and opened it as a new beach bar & restaurant called Nautical Bar, a unique Tropical and Oriental style architecture specializes in international grubs and Grill, using the 90% organic produce, and freshest ingredients in the local community.

Nautical Bar is under the direction of the resort’s General Manager Mr. Allan Tuppil and its talented Chef Sung.

Located just off of the resort’s beautifully-fresh breeze and a panoramic sea view, the upscale Nautical Bar boasts striking architecture, a picturesque full-length sitting area, traditional wooden new furniture, chic hardwood floors, warm wood tones, and dramatic lighting.

At the 2nd floor is a conversional seating private place. The Bar is in a redesigned space that will cater the beach comber and the beach and pool users.

Open for its guests, the Nautical Bar is open daily from 8am to 10pm with a diverse menu and comprehensive wine and cocktail lists. Appetizer offerings range from Chicken Breast Caesars Salad, Selection of Baguette and sandwiches, Fresh Sea catch seafood Pizza, The diverse entrées include Filet Mignon & Shrimp Scampi, Classic Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp, Spicy Grilled Chicken Breast Burger or Sandwich, Appetizers and salads start at $6, with entrées ranging from $8 - $15, and desserts starting at $1.5.

The Nautical Bar is open for Lunch and Dinner, Daily Happy Hours from 5 pm on weekdays and 8 pm on weekends (Friday & Saturday). Diners have the option of a bountiful Weekend Dinner BBQ at the Gecko Restaurant or ordering off of the Room service menu.
