House Democrats Pass Bill To Raise Taxes On Gas

A house vote on a little known bill in July, will increase the cost of gasoline by imposing a fee per barrel of oil on producers in the United States of America.

HR 3534 passed by narrow margins with the bi-partisan support coming from those elected officials who voted against the act. This act will increase the cost of gasoline to all consumers if made into law by imposing a fee on all oil producers in America who lease lands for such purposes. This bill also imposes a fee on the production of natural gas which translates into higher cost of living for homeowners, especially in the Northeast with its cold winters.
