The "Woman Who Never Sleeps" testifies that workplace stress and office hours are not the only cause of insomnia
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) December 8, 2010 --
Quebec, Quebec - December 8 2010 - Overstressed workers of today's information age are not the only ones to suffer from a lack of sleep. While an IT manager may use SleepTracks to combat insomnia and anxiety that result from workplace stress, stay-at-home moms use this online program to regain their sanity at home.
"I never had any trouble falling asleep", recalls Susan Langford from her home in Surrey, England. "Staying asleep was my problem! For the past 6 years or so, I would wake up invariably around 3 am and sometimes remain awake for up to three hours."
She knows very well how even housewifes can fall prey to their own worrying tendencies: "If I started thinking about all the things that I needed to do, or things that I was worried about -- or even just little things that were on my mind, it was all over. I just could not fall back to sleep. Thank goodness I didn't have to get up early and go to a job!"
Frustrated, Susan Langford thought her problems might be linked to perimenopause. She felt old and haggard, a common symptom of sleep deprivation. Within her circle of friends, she started to be known as "The Woman Who Never Sleeps".
She then found about the SleepTracks Sleep Optimization Program. "I was skeptical, so I did some investigating but only found positive feedback about Sleeptracks. So I decided to give it a go."
"Now I really feel that I have a handle on this sleep issue", says the woman four months later. "I don't fear going to bed any more and waking up in the middle of the night. I still have the occasional sleepless night but nothing remotely like before. I feel more rested and just generally better. Less anxious, and more in control of my sleep."
SleepTracks.com has been empowering individuals to overcome their insomnia and sleep issues without sleeping pills since 2007. For more information, and to take a free online sleep assessment, visit http://www.sleeptracks.com.
