No matter what I say every body knows going with insured and licensed mover is best way to go and it does cost slightly higher and you will get better service . You know that I don’t have to mention this. I don’t have any problem with any individual trying to earn living. The only problem I have is when they pass them self of as licensed and insured transporter ! Having insurance on your truck does not mean that you carry cargo insurance and god forbid something happens while in transporting your house hold goods how you going to recover when insurance company turns you down. Do you really think that you can go after the person who moved you probably not! Now what should you ask for as consumer to protect your self ! Every company that does moving in state of Texas should carry cab certificate that shows their licenses from us and Texas and should carry insurance card or state certificates. In another words you can ask anything you want to protect your self . We wish the best on your move and hope the new place brings nothing but best times and luck.
