How to get free At Home Weight Loss? The answer is not as simple as you think. You may say; ‘I follow a diet'. Or 'I count calories to lose weight’. But you know the weight loss is temporary.

Very few people expect a permanent weight loss. What they do expect, is a burst of success, then eventual failure when the weight returns. When people want something that deeply matters to them, the last thing they want is a reminder of the consequences. Consequences are welcomed only when we are prepared to act on them. So with each diet, we cause a little more damage to our metabolism. We know the next diet is always going to be harder. The body will fight your diet and it has many weapons at its disposal.

A diet can be two things.

2. The other kind of diet promises a quick weight loss. This is appealing because it's exactly what you want to hear. There have been hundreds such diets in the past and there will be even more in the future. We prefer to take this short term option no matter the cost.

Stop for a moment and look at it realistically; if just one diet out of all those hundreds of diets finally proves to work, it will become the winning diet and nobody will want or need a diet ever again. If such a diet is ever discovered, it will be news around the world within 24 hours. That means you do not have to join the bandwagon. You can sit back and let someone else experiment with futility. You see, in the final analysis, we all know, deep down that diets don’t work. They can’t, they fly in the face of nature.

To lose weight permanently you need to have just four goals:

1.Learn how to adapt your lifestyle to the right foods your body wants.

2.Learn how to jump start your sluggish metabolism and let it control your weight just as nature intended.

3.Learn how to get back your energy and vitality

4.Learn how to keep your slim new body without ever regaining the weight.

So what do you expect from an at home weight loss that does not ask you to count calories? Think about it; are those four goals not the ultimate want and desire of everyone?

Remember; to get a permanent weight loss, you do not need to count your calories and the goals are not difficult to reach.
