I was driving back from the store in my personal truck and as sometimes happens with all of us I was driving to fast and came around a corner and I saw a motorcycle cop with radar set up. He motioned for me to pull over so I did. The cop then walked up and wrote me a ticket for 12 mph over the limit. I have a clean driving license with no points against it. The day of the pretrial appointment he met with me and I told him my story again. He then went and talked to the prosecuting attorney. He made a agreement that my speeding ticket which was a moving violation would be change to a equipment violation which is a non moving violation with no points against my license.
