How far can you avoid Foods that cause high cholesterol?

Most of the people with high cholesterol are taking some simple “natural” steps to lower their high figures; avoiding foods that cause high cholesterol too.

The promotional spots for delicious “unhealthy” foods found everywhere, are tempting each of us. But, when you have high cholesterol: What should you do?

“To eat or not to eat” – this is nowadays question. We’re too greedy to stop eating, and too weak to resist the temptation of a burger, chips instead of a healthy salad, or homemade dishes.

We’re also busy with our works, no time to cook. If we want to buy something “really healthy” , we’ll going to ask our pocket. And the answer is “Cannot afford” . What to do next?

Ok, to make it simple: How far can you avoid Foods that cause high cholesterol?

I’m sure that you all (or the majority of you if not all) know these kind of foods: rich in saturated or trans-fats, processed and so on. But, I’m repeating my question: How far can you resist to this kind of foods?

To be more practical: None of us can resist so long to “promo” foods. This is how our “natural” gluttony goes.

But, we can make a deal: When preparing our own dishes, just use some different “healthy” methods like baking, boiling or grilling instead of frying (especially deep frying).

Or, just use “Mr. Fish” more often than “Mr. Red Meat” , or Olive oil instead of margarine or butter.
If we go like that, we can definitely say “Good-bye” not only to High Cholesterol, but also to other problems coming from “bad” food choices.

One more thing: To add more spice to your “avoid high cholesterol foods” strategies, try to walk instead of driving to work. And say “NO, thanks” to a glass of alcoholic drink and a big “YES” to a fresh fruity-juice. That can help overcome your problems too.
