How to ensure minimal equipment failure rate for cone crusher

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 16, 2012 -- Equipment failure rate is minimal and the maintenance of the equipment in later period is extremely important. a. Crushers yield reduced.

b. Damage to certain parts of the crusher.

2. Crushers are not allowed to start overloading , because the overload will start the accident.

When the crusher will finish the work,at first we must stop to the mining machine . When crushing the mine goes into the crushing cavity after discharge ,it can make crusher stop.Crusher should be always checking the pressure and hydraulic locking system work station , once we identify problems and handling in time .

3. Crushers' output

Crushers' output, and feeding methods , feeding degradation, platoon ore blocks degrees size,mechanical properties, temperature and so on . Varies greatly,the manufacturer of a given output is sketchy the quantity in the specified conditions.

4. The replacement of rolling acetabular wall

Rolling acetabular wall with U shape screws embedded in the adjustment of the ring, both between infusing zinc alloy and making closely. New installation or the replacement of rolling acetabular wall, in the work six to eight hours we should check for tightening situation ,and once again tighten the u-shaped screw.

5. Gear mesh

The circular plate is worn by friction , affecting variations in the clearance of the gear . In order to ensure the proper meshing gears must be supplemented additional gasket in the bottom cover , the thickness of the gasket should be equal to the size of wear of the circular plate.

6. Bowl-shape bearings and sealing device

When we install the bowl-shape bearings ,we should notice that we don't use wire rope to avoid break block oil ring( use hardwood and other materials to support in the wire rope between ).

7.When we assemble the cone crusher , supporting spherical surface should be scraping to ensure crushing cone and the bowl-shape spherical surface which should be keep 0.35-0.5mm annular gap in excircle contact with the inner ring.

8. Cylindrical bushing and the frame body collaborates for the third transition . In order to prevent rotation of bushing , injecting zinc alloy into the tank upper bushing again . When new bushing should be replaced,we should configure a frame body that the actual size of the preparation , as a long period of work ,loading and unloading,the crusher will change the relationship with cooperation. If the gap is too large,it will lead to rupture bushing.

9. Spring

The role of the spring : When hard detritus goes into the crusher ,the spring can protect material from damaging the cone crusher , so the spring pressure and crusher crushing force can adapt each other. In the normal working hours the spring dosen't move , only iron blocks fall into in the crushing cavity which makes the crusher overload,happening spring is compressed phenomenon.

10. To the cone crusher' part of exposed rotating , we should add shields,which are owned by the user.
